OK I would just like to say right off that I got this idea from www.sailormoon.org but I didn't really care for their choices so I decided to do one of my own. Unlike sm.org I based my choices more on looks only than on looks and personality. Also thanks to the sites I got the pix from I know that I didn't have permission on some of them and I don't usually keep tracks of the sites I am on.
First,
for the part of Usagi/Sailormoon I chose Jaime Pressley. Long,
blond hair and she might be able to pull off the hairstyle.
For
Ami/Sailormercury I chose Rebecca Herbst. She just looks like a
Mercury to me. Apologies to the web site I got the pics from
(both of 'em I had to take screen shots to get the pix).
For Minako/Sailorvenus I chose the girl that played Dawn in the Baby-Sitters Club The Series (NOT the movie). As soon as I get her name and pic I will post it.
For Rei/Sailormars I chose Sandra Bullock. Long black hair.
For
Makoto/Sailorjupiter I chose Bridgette Wilson. All she needs to
do is dye her hair to match Jupiter's. 
For Luna I chose the voice actor of Andreea Radutiou.
For Artemis I chose Prince as the voice actor.
For Diana I chose the voice of one of the olson twins.
